How it works

Three steps from headcount to lunch

Here's how ordering will work when we open.

  1. Step 1: Tell us about the event

Enter the office address, the date and time, and how many people are coming.

  2. Step 2: Pick a local kitchen

See the independent restaurants and caterers that can take your order, then choose from their catering menus.

  3. Step 3: Set out the spread

The restaurant accepts your order and confirms the portions. The food arrives at the office for your event.

How much to order

You bring the headcount. We help size the spread.

Catering comes in trays, so the hard part is knowing how many. Here's what each size typically serves.

Half pan of an entrée
About 8–12 people
Full pan of an entrée
About 16–24 people
Boxed lunch
One person

When ordering opens, menus will show how many people each item serves, and your cart will check the total against your headcount. The restaurant confirms exact portions.

Try your headcount

Type how many people are coming. The numbers update as you go.

For 25 people, plan on about one of these: 3–4half pans of one entréeor 2full pans of one entréeor 25boxed lunches

Typical ranges. Serving two entrées? Split the trays between them. Portions vary by dish, and the restaurant confirms exact portions.
